Well Yeah...
I kind of chuckle about that one too. But if I was a young guy just out of trade school, or an older guy just looking to kick back...or maybe even a guy never overseas before...I would jump on this in a heart beat. It's a great place to get your foot in the door, get a clearance, experience...hell, I think we should start a Kwaj club on this site just to keep that experience seperate by itself...just kidding.
It's great for a family guy looking to keep his kids away from the drugs, and the gangs, if you get an accompanied position...and the traffic is not so bad. I am thankful for Kwaj, it has taught me more about what people can take, more than any other place...I look back and see it was not as bad as I thought...beats Moghadishu any day.
It beats ANYWHERE in west, or east Africa...fuck the goat and camel fuckers!

didn't hear the one about the high school girl, but I have "heard" of other adventures I won't go into here.
Thy did find lots of cocaine on Carlos with some bickering on who had the jurisdiction the Ebeye police or the KPD, :AR15 Ebeye won and coke was being used as barter to pay debts. Needless to say, several workers were busted and barred from Kwaj, the Marshallese State police along with KPD raided the Ebeye police and found just a partial of the cocaine.
But had KRS (has the contract) given me accompanied status, I would have stayed.

Been there and done that, 3 years.(then I sobered up) It was my foot in the door, and did put me onto the bigger and better track. I am amazed at how many people I run into these days that have spent time on that little rock.
