Hey, what are the chances of hiring a female who's not afraid of hard work? I have several years of merchant marine overseas experience, plus warehouse, customer service, and training experience. I'd like to get back overseas or with a company that would pay better then my current Florida wages! Free to travel for short or long term contracts.Any advice?

There is already another female member on site that has been going through the process for over a year now. Several members have been giving her the insides and outs of the business, guidance, and helps her get several jobs lined up.
If you're looking for answers, we probably can't answer them ALL, but at least most or point you in the right direction as to where to get the answers.

sex would have a lot to do with it...but gender, probably not. I worked with a few females, and one married couple. All seemed to get along okay. Only heard on boss who was violently against it. "the cat in the hat" for those of you who know him. Even he made a good effort to be unbiased. Not too successful.

There is always a need for qualified warehouse personel on all overseas projects. Someone that can keep the materials flowing and have a min/max inventory set up and operating.

Jesus H Christ on a rubber crutch! Everybody be thankful you haven't been exposed to Bon... Snake in the grass, mean, and twice as ugly. Not to mention VERY well versed in the art of sandbagging in the name of equal opportunity(no offense intended to the women who actually try):cheers
