This stock is seeing a normal profit taking day after exhausting itself of buyers and besides the greater markets are down as well.
In fact there may be a new entry about to show itself for those that are intersested. It seems to be gravitating toward it's support at around 1.20 or 1.25 and that's what I'm looking for right now.
I'm wondering what will happen to this thing 'when' the bird flu finally reaches the continental US?
I'm not in this stock at this time, but i'm sure looking for an entry point.
Even if there's not that much demand for the treatment they offer, the scare factor will drive up the stock.

Was in Albanian, but was something on the news today about Germany, birds, and they kept showing Cats Eating, so wondering if it is spreading to stray cats?
Yep, just did yahoo search, bird flu found in CAT. Expect jump today on psychology.

In my position, I can't tell you I bought SUWN shares, cause I could broadcast that and then sell to you guys at higher prices, (as if there's really anyone listening), but I can say that there was a very good entry long this morning at 1.27.
I had mentioned yesterday that it was going through a profit taking pullback from 1.50 and to watch for entry at support at around 1.25.
Intraday support is rising at 1.35 and at this time, is trading at 1.39, so you guys that got in should be ok to ride as long as you watch it, and clip a profit in the coming days/weeks.
Anyone long this stock is also reminded that this is a thin, low volume stock and can move rapidly if the volume comes into it.

So, I'm thinking, does KFC or Popeyes chicken have a stock symbol. It is inevitable that this will hit the states at some time and I expect to find companies that produce Chicken products to drop like a rock. I wouldn't mind finding a good SHORT, to play the other side of this.
Hey Jester,
I don't know about Popeyes, but KFC falls under the big blanket of PepsiCo.
I was thinking maybe short Purdue Fresh Poultry, or Purdue chicken, or what ever it is and maybe even 'Chick Fillet'
:cheers
C'mon guys, we're looking for some ideas as to what companies will lose, or win 'big'............ not if, but when, this bird flu hits the continental US.
Throw your ideas out here so we can have a look at 'em.
Need companies that are publicly traded, or have a stock symbol.

I just now paired out of half my shares of SUWN at 1.40 from entry at 1.27.
Call me chicken little, but I had the boat loaded and don't like to leave myself hang out there like that for too long. Over ten per cent in a few days is good enough for me and besides, now I can relax on this trade and watch the other half without fear of losing money. I made this move because this stock does NOT act like the stocks that I normally watch. It's jumpy and fowls up my dynamic charts. It is extremely low volume and I don't like to hold 10k shares long and maybe have to try to sell out to only sellers in a panic.

I just closed the rest of my long position on SUWN at 1.64.
That was the other half of my position that was purchased at 1.27
I still don't see a bad signal. I just don't normally hold positions very long, and I saw a chance to take a nice profit, so took it.

go baby, go!!! I feel odd cheering on bad news about the bird flu so that I can profit from it. :doh
Yo, StockRat.
You seem to have hit the nail squarely on the head with your comments and outlook on SUWN.
I've been keeping up with your posts on this one and a couple others and keeping notes to see if I could figure out if you knew what you were talking about. I'm more like you than an invester. I like to take the quick profits and move on, nailing a new profit, rather than to set and watch my 'investment' gain and lose value on a daily basis.
You absolutely nailed your last entry call long on SUWN at support around 1.20 to 1.25. If anyone had their buy order in at 1.20 they would have for sure gotten executed because this stock traded around 1.10 for a time a couple days right after your post and proceeded to climb back up. I'm not sure how you did that, but that doesn't amaze me as much as your last post about selling the remainder of your holdings at 1.64.
I'm watching this thing today and it peaked at 1.68 and has falling ever since.
So today, it has a low of 1.45 and is now trading at it's round number support of 1.50. Seemed to be the perfect exit. Wish I'd played it instead of just watching. :banghead
You said you didn't like leaving yourself hang out like that so I'm assuming you played the 10k that you used as an example. If so, you made a wod on that play. How the hell did you know to take your profits when you did? You got a crystal ball?
I hope you folks that said you were long SIRI were paying attention when StockRat pointed out that this one was losing support and suggested looking for an exit from any long position. SIRI is now trading below 4.50 and looks to be in down trend now.
Anyway, I'm hoping to hear that you are getting settled in and spending more time in here, helping me and maybe some of the others learn how to pull off trades like the one you just showed us.
