I hate to be the Devils advocate, but if this is going to be a fair and open forum. Then we will have to tolerate this kind of shit talking. I hate to see this site be abused like this, however I think it would be worse for this site to ban people like him and change the theme of RPI.

All good points and I don't want you to think that I do that on a whim. As I said, he was only the second of TWO people that have ever gotten that treatment and the first has already apologized and returned.
It's not an instance of "you have to think like I do or you are out" is a matter of, members are family to me, so I'm not going to sit by idoly as they go after them.
You want to say we suck, that is cool, but don't attack a member. You want to fight with a member, that is cool too, but do it in PM form, as not to polute the forum.

I think people should have the right to speak up and voice their opinion.

However this person seemed to have a vendeta towards 2 of our most active members, why I do not know.

He / she, may be a company hand and think I am wrong to speak out, seeking better pay and conditions for our members. Could even be an owner looking to cool our site down.

Maybe a dejected worker looking to blame someone, because they can not get back to work.

In this case I agree with the ban.
