Just curious how this works. Does it work by the number of post you have or by who you know. At what point does you Rep Power start to increase? Just curious. :cheers

It increases with number of days you are a member, number of posts, threads started, and I think something else. Oh, Yeah, people can give you rep power by clicking on the scale under thier avatar. Each one has different amounts you can gain.
