Getting PAID

I worked for JA JONES in ARMENIA in 2004 and I never got paid! They owe me 3 weeks (180 hrs @ @32 an HR), Per Diem ($40 or $44 a day) and my $500 hotel stay on the way back in London. I have tried to call Rosemary Brown and Jay Fuss many times and they won't return my calls. I have all but givin up.... Does anyone know what steps I should take on getting paid.

Send your congressman and or senator an email and tell them about it. They should look into it as those companies got paid with tax payer money and they will get interested. Hell try it ya got nothing to lose cause it's already gone. :fauches:

I hope so, I will keep you all posted. I know what they did was not right even by tax standards. I never got anything at the end of the year concerning taxes.

Yeah, I think I will try the Labor board when I get back into the states. I also was told to contact OBO. Don't know if that will help, also it may be a pain trying to locate a number and a contact name for OBO.

Go on line to (us depart of state), and it is easy to get into obo. You will find contact numbers on that site. :rockwoot:

Jay Fuss would not answer an e-mail.?? He has all ways been straght with me? Rosemary is a little standoffish, but she usually answers back.

Do you remember the Project Ex. or PD names, if so i came get there email address for you. OBO loves this kind of stuff. They LOVE F--ken with contractors and will see to it that you get paid.

The people who were in charge when I was there (or that I can remember) are: PM Don Ricket and the admin guy LC Rape. These are Jones guys, I don't know any of the OBO names.

I was there in Armenia and I know about the PM there he doesnt care about any one on that job remember we were trying to paint an finish dry wall in the cold no heat to keep it warm. And guys were getting sick all the time and the company would not help any of us with any of these problems and a lot of other problems related to that job. I WILL NEVER WORK FOR J A J again I will starve first FUck em.

I think I have mustered all the emails and phone calls I can make to JA Jones. I am waiting to get back into the states, and then I will contact the Department of Labor and try to get somewhere with OBO.
I was only in Armenia for a few weeks and saw that these guys (JA Jones) are shit! Thank GOD I have a good name out there and my TS.
I think the reason they have not paid me is because I let the PM and his little bitch Jerry know that they lied to get me there and they are scum. I am sure they will say something about the “contract” I signed. I know that the contracts people sign carry no weight in court, or in this position.
