Yeah, someone stole my cell phone out of my bag some time during the day and NOW they are searching them when they come in and out of the compound.

SOOOOOOOOO, now we are "discriminators" according to them. Did they find my phone? No, but I didn't think they would. Did they find other things? YEP, a battery drill, two batteries, and two rolls of flux. All this time stuff has been walking off the job, they are ACTUALLY stealing stuff from us and WE are discriminating.
