:sport002: In order to get anything done in the way of changing shitty conditions, i think we need to "find the finks" and you guys know what I mean(who's that "trade guy" that's hangin out in the office half the day?)and the guy that sits there patiently and remarkably quietly while a bitch session is in progress trying not to be obvious about making mental notes regarding what is being said and who is saying it for future reference and to be used in the aforementioned afternoon office visit. Watch these people and when you spot one make sure and point them out to everyone you trust and whenever possible try to feed them bad intel(some sort of bullshit rumor) and let em run with it. And when it comes to interacting with the management it pays to be DISTANT BUT PROFESSIONAL.
