OK, Remember the Meaning of Today

BE AWARE THAT TODAY IS VETERANS DAY. Please take a few moments and quietly reflect why, and Thank God for the how. Then, Thank a VET!!!

Everything else has no bearing or meaning today.
Stop off to your local cemetary, and notice the flags placed by the VFW and American Legion. Take a moment to reflect what America means, and what it stands for. It has a different meaning, and should, for everyone. Take a quiet moment for the men and women that have never returned home. There are still MIA's.

Give to Toys For Tots, and Thank a Marine. Stop by the VFW and thank a Soldier, or a Sailor, or an Airman, or Coastie.

It is easy to forget...too easy. We get too busy, and forget to stop, reflect, and say Thank You. Take the time.

It has been Drilled into my head, from AFRTS.
If it was not for a few ,VERY brave men in the heat of Battle, OUR country would no way be where it is today.
One of my favorite places, to enjoy a Cold beer and reflect on life, is in my front yard under My flag pole. And it was in place long before Sept. 11, 2001.
