Read on the internet that in Eastern Afghanistan a suicide bomber killed eight civilians (could be military contractors or just contractors) depending on which article. This is a war zone and many companies want to pay peanuts for your services. I look at it like I am supporting my military, but these companies are getting good money for their contracts.

Then you have the joke of the day, the airport security, were one terrorist had explosives in his underwear, all the screening we had in place (yeah I know this started in Amsterdam)his father warned the US embassy in Nigeria of his son, the terrorist had no luggage, a one way ticket and paid cash, all signs that they are to look at. Maybe it is time to start profiling, the FBI does this with serial killers. Let's see, a young Muslim, no luggage, paid cash for his ticket for a one way trip, maybe not a sign this could be trouble but at least something to do some extra checks.

So now, you can't go to the bathroom the last hour of the flight (unless they escort you), they're turning of the flight status maps when they get into the US airspace, what the hell does that have to do with security on the plane. The security needs to start before the terrorists get on the plane.

Be watchfull brother Rats.

You are so very right - check before not after. You have to be out of your rabbitt asss mind to allow some one to fly without proper ID, go to one of our airports and fly without an ID...///:wtf

When going thru security a lot of people gripe and bitch - (I like to see it), may save my nasty ass life, so I can get home to aggrivate my wife, and grandkids. For a lot of years Istanbul & Tel Aviv - have had the best security check.

Hope we had no working bros in the recent killing in Afghanistan, is it not about time we went thru that dump with a fine tooth comb.

Take care

BBC reported many of those killed were CIA officers, also in another attack four Canadian soldiers and a Canadian press woman were killed.

Rats, this has got to make you question the pay rates!

Newbies, do yourselves and US! a favor and DO NOT sell your life cheap!
What the companies want are people with skill but little experience in demanding the pay and accommodations due a qualified person willing to go to AFG or IRQ (soon to include Yemen, Nigeria, Djibouti, etc. You get my drift about Islamic Africa.) The thing to think about when you are negotiating your contract is wether the pay meets the conditions. Don't sign just to get over there. Your life is worth more than hamburger meat, and that is the result of a suicide vest.
For those who read and research, the fact that the homicide bombers are getting onto installations now is not surprising. The jihad ii mindset, as preached by the radical nobody imams, has been teaching the doctrine of patience. Much has been made by the PC crowd of how these events are precipitated by a very few misguided individuals led by a limited number of radical clerics. Nothing could be further from reality. In ever increasing numbers vehicle borne bombs are making it through supposedly tight security. Obviously the security personnel are in league with the al qiadea.
In ever increasing numbers, homicide bombers are getting through supposedly tight security. These bombers are proving to be known security personnel. Obvious to me, but evidently not the moronic, PC driven admin. people, we are being infiltrated by operatives with a great deal of patience and cunning. We need to have body scanners at the local entrances to the facilities with an AMERICAN running the scanner from a protected position. Let the local guards search them and when they scan dirty, the AMERICAN will alert the next layer security. That way the bomb mule, knowing he/she has been discovered and detonates their stupid selves, let them take out the local guards. After a few of these with no loss of American life, the al quidea will understand that they fail yet again.
This seems simple.
Am I missing something here Rats? A body scanner run by an AMERICAN, a scanner for women run by a WOMAN AMERICAN so as to avoid all that burkha nonsense. (you would know something is wrong if you see a set 'O jewels on the girl in the burkha)

Lets take the initiative and take it to them! I am anxious to see how this administration handles the recent heat for the security jokes.

My input on this terrible lapse of security at holiday time 2009.

P.S.
I hope the drones retaliate the shit of Yemen and Afghan Taliban for a Christmas Miracle.
