I see so far this year the cost of food globally has -
increased 40% since the middle of 07.
This country of ours is in a reccession at this time, and it is serious.
Reccession your neighbor is out of work / deppesssion you are out of work.
Our trusted contractors are adding to these problems by cutting wages and benefits, for the overseas worker. This is a problem for single & married. Look at it this way, according to the current figures, your per deim only buys about half the food it did last year.
Let me harp on you folks a bit - do your best not to sign for less then 30 per hour, nor - less then lodging and 60 a day mei. Also this is not the time to set around on the arse waitting on a job call for overseas - get out get a job in the good ol USA, and continue to shop for an overseas gig.
A good journeyman can work in the states for in many places 35-40 an hour plus benefits. It is very hard to get a project overseas that you can make a living at, unless you work at least 60 hrs a week.
If you have a TS then greenway pays good moneu to work stateside.
