What's up with Per Diem Rates?

Rat Brother I realize my last post has a lot of wishful thinking in it, oh well. You are supposed to an extra 5% if you go to another job with Jones, but that 20% will still be only on the last three months' gross. When Jones presented the bonus idea to us in Sofia they thought it was ground breaking news and that they were the only company with the idea. Little do they know. As far as a contact person you will probably have to deal with Fuss, good luck.

First off I want to say Hi to all and give some congrats on a great site, I wish I would have found this site sooner. Anyway, on to my comment.

I was on one of the first teams assigned to the creek-bed project, the building is bigger than any i have been on and i have been to about 33. Germany is a nice place, but the per diem is no where near enough. I was getting 73 dollars a day in 2002 and it was still not enough. It was like 30 bucks for a happy meal at the McDonalds :wtf right next to the site. It is ridicolous. talk about a rip off. how can companies get away with taking your per diem away from you, shouldnt they have to pay what is the state dept puts out???
