With all that has been going on with OBO lately, I wanted to use this forum to let some of you members out there know what exactly has been going on in the background of Rat Pack International.
As of late, we've had SEVERAL "letter/email writing campaigns" which have actually yielded some great results. It will never be known if all the awareness that was brought on by Rat Pack members continually pointing out flaws in OBO helped in getting the "general" to resign or not. Numerous phone calls, emails, and communications with contacts from me helped in getting some companies "out of the bidding process and out of the field all together", etc.
But with the momentum clearly swinging toward having a focus on what is going on with that "branch", repercussions of it's actions (or lack of), and how/what they spend their money on, we want to keep it that way. We've had two different journalists on site, and still have them here.
I'm asking to continue, or in other cases start, writing either of these two people with your "run in's" with OBO personnel. This is NOT a "cry me a river/bitch and moan" request. Just simple notes, posts, scams, etc that have been going on in the day to day work place we call, Overseas Construction. Everyone that got screwed out of a bonus in Albania and had NO ONE TO COMPLAIN TO or a WAY to contact them, here's another chance for you. (You have not forgotten, nor has Rat Pack)
The more they write about it, the more it becomes a "squeaky wheel" and the sooner we are on our way to FIXING THE PROBLEMS.
When emailing, write it TO one and CC: the other address.
