Merry Christmas - everyone.
For those of us that can not get home for christmas, thats just part of being in the big time guys, grin and bear it, do the best you you can.
Worth it ? now after 40 years out here! the fact is I wonder. Missed birthdays, holidays, aniversities, family get togethers, "HELL" maybe none of it was worth being away.:rockwoot:
But at the same time, it paid for my home in very short order, new cars, trucks, boats, airplanes, race cars, vacation home, my wife gets anything her heart desires. :blahslap :wtf
Most of the guys where I am at now, can go home, but the Manager will have to cover for them some how? It is a problem when your trying to do projects in 6 or 7 locations. Oh well no one forces a person to come into the office as a dept. manager.:sport002:
