Recently I have been going BACK AND FORTH with a member on site, and I don't want to call them out, but it is getting a little rediculous, so I thought I would share some insight.

1. YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME, ON YOUR OWN: At the top of EVERY PAGE there is a latteral menu bar IE: UserCP, FAQ, Members List, .... that is located RIGHT UNDER the Rat Pack International banner (main picture at the top of every page). By clicking this, you can access a screen that gives you the option to change various parts of your OWN PROFILE.

Edit Email & Password: when clicked, gives you the options to do JUST WHAT IT SAYS.

2. If you can NOT do this or didn't know this, not a problem, you can STILL send an email address change request to me at support@ratpackinternational.com, BUT MAKE SURE THAT YOU TYPE IT CORRECTLY. Because then sending in REPEATED EMAILS OF ANGER as to why you are NOT getting emails from Rat Pack International, even though the email address you are sending is NOT the same as the email address you are sending it FROM (IE: there is a difference in .NET, .COM, .ORG)

3. Make sure that you are CHECKING YOUR SPAM/JUNK EMAIL FOLDERS. If you have not OK'ed it with your email provider, att, hotmail, yahoo, aol, etc, then emails are most likely going into the SPAM/JUNK email folder and you are not seeing them. So, before sending in repeated emails about how we never get back to you, which we do that SAME DAY IN MOST CASES, check your Junk/Spam folders FIRST.

4. This is a site BY and FOR PROFESSIONALS, if you want to send in an email of something other than a question or suggestion, IE: hate mail about anything like the above that is clearly YOUR FAULT, I would like to gladly point you to this thread titled "(READ FIRST)RPI Posting Rules". It is located at THIS LINK: http://www.ratpackinternational.com/packchat/showthread.php?t=1382

The WHOLE THING should be read, but at this point I would like to most point out this section:
