Let me try to tastefully bring up a subject, we hashed around quite a bit earlier. Insurance ! As you all know we have a rat bro in bad shape health wise! With this inmind have you guys set down and thought about what would happen to you in this situation? No guys I do not sell insurance are anything else.
I hear about and read about so many people without good insurance, and the trouble they have getting treatmemt - ( I am not talking about our rat bro ) but the general public. You guys that are overseas most of the time are your wife and kids covered full time? COBRA benefits are a god send, but not the answer to everything.
I my discussions with insurance before I find they are willing to provide insurance!! BUT, there concern is a group policy where each person is responsible for paying their cost. If? We can figure a way to pay it from a central point we a\may have a chance.
My self I do not need more insurance between medicare / medi-pac and the VA, I am well covered, but I know a lot of our younger guys are not.....

Another item we discussed in the past - a ready crew, 24 hr crew, suitcase crew, what ever you wish to call it. A well qualified crew of mixed trades
that are will to leave on short notice to go anywhere to help our contractors out of a bind. In and out kind of crew, each member would have to be a superior crafts person, easy to get along with, hard worker. Here again I done a lot of foot work on this before and I think it will work for us,:wtf
