JA Jones in their day treated me to the best around, I enjoyed them.

Bonton a lot of firms have health insurance, some start on your first day of work, some start after 3 months, etc. differs.

401 normally starts after 1 year on the job.

I am a lot different then most, bonus, 401, penshions, are just carrots to hold out in front of you. I want the money now as I work, don't work me 18months and then tell me no bonus and the 401 has been stopped. Just another tool to screw the working folks.:wtf

Take care

401ks are great for Wall Street. Except for the fact that companies can now dissolve the worker's pensions, they were at one time the better option.

I'm beginning to believe most every thing is becoming that carrot. For instants, if you don't like what the company is paying, they can always get someone to work for less. That is one reason we need to keep the Mexicans. They lie when they say they do the jobs we won't do. Example: Golf Coast.
These are difficult times for the American workers. Things that are happening now are why union became so popular.

I have been with J.A. Jones and like both places that I was at with them, and we are all in it for the money. We just end up in places that are better than others sometimes. But as long as you have good friends around you in the Sh** Holes, they aren't that bad either.:2cents

Have not looked at this poll in some times, but it is interesting to me that "Money" is WAY out in front, yet people still tend to take the poorest of offers.

LoL isnt't that so True, we all know uncle Sam loves to take a big chunk. So if we can opt for Tax Exempt then thats a nice little raise by itself. Just my opinion.

headrat you hit the nail on the head!@@###:rockwoot:

A good saying from awhile ago is some thing like this.

?????????You talk the talk but can you walk the walk??????

It is easy to talk big time on the internet and telephone between co-workers,
but when it comes to looking a man in the face and telling him -
"not a chance in hell" will I sign for that.

Are when they come around on the job and say we have cut your wages 15%
and you stay????what the fuck......

Take Care

Yea they are all good reasons, so I chose all the above.

Although most of you are right the money beats the money in the states hands down. The tax free status is an added bonus. You should be able to sock away enough to get your own retirement going but if they have a 401 k and they contribute, hey more money.:2cents

The Travel and the women are great too. I am single so I am not worried about the wife and kids back home. :rockwoot:

So enjoy it all while you can, and cheers to you all.:cheers

What is it the song, brings out clear and simple.

YOUNGER WOMEN
OLDER WHISKEY
FASTER HORSES
MORE MONEY

:wtf

So in reality my true answer, would have to be all of the above.
