I've been thinking about what to do with all these letters I'm getting from companies to me personally, wanting to get my most current and up to date resume. I know it is databasing, as there is no mention of a job location and what not, well, it hit me today. I have an idea for a 'favor' I'd like to throw out there to you all.
Sure, if you want, you can send in your resume, no hard feelings, it's always good to have options and who knows what they'll offer in the future, but I was thinking of this.
Go ahead and send them letters/emails back, with or without your resume, but put something in there about how you find all your work related info/jobs/conditions/etc at www.RatPackInternational.com
Yep, self promotion is a bit**, but I think it is a nice 'shot over the bow' at the companies too. Let's get them more involved. We've got a LOT of them in here, but we can always get more and we would like to see them participate as well. You can also do this in any email correspondence you have.
I'm not demanding it or anything, and I know that a lot of members are already doing this. When members respond or apply for jobs we all greatly appriciate any and all comments about RPI they have put in there. And this is just me asking for a VERY SMALL something back.
In the end, you'd be doing Rat Pack International and all it's members a favor:cheers
