My name is Fred l. Marinez
I have 34 years experience in construction. I started overseas in 1993. Currently working in Dushanbe,Tajikistan on the New Embassy project.
I am the QA/QC-Site Supt. Overseeing all phases of work on this project.
I am an Ironworker by trade but have knowledge and experience in just about all phases of construction. Being a Supervisor or handling responsibilty over project/projects is what I can do.
