Need for TSS Licensed Electricians

What is the difference between a TS and a TSS?

TS is for your clearance. TSS is the scope of work. Mantech use to have the contract. Now Siemens has it.

If Siemens is subbing out to Mantech then I am not interested. The policy of mantech is you live in the dc or northern va area. When you are not in the field you are sitting around the office with dress slacks, shirt and tie. In the field you will have shirts with collars and no t shirts with any writing on them.

I have been there and done that. A lot of promises not kept like all the companies do. I know a lot of guys that have left Mantech including me. They figure on you only lasting 18 months because they will burn you out.

Management in the office will treat you sub human and no support from the office. Maybe with Siemens in charge it will be different. :kib:
