Just an idea!
Could RPI arrange some sort of deal with a law firm that is familiar with overseas work, that could send threatening letters ,make phone calls or read contracts when we get screwed over.Sometimes a simple call or letter from someone intimidating ,might get us what is owed to us.When we take a new job we could Fax them a copy of our contract, and soon as the company messes with us ,send the Lawyers an email and they handle it from there.

Personally I keep my own, in my back pocket.
It is just like having a trusted car mechanic, or a Good plumber with a pager.
The woman is totally great towards me, But, a screaming bitch to anyone else.
and I love her for it.

Not to say it's a bad idea to have legal advice, but rememeber, these companies have lawyers also. They let the HR department know how far they can go to screw you.
From what I've been reading on some of these post, the companies have been getting their moneies worth.
Also as you probably know when they bid these jobs, the money they receive also pays for all their over head. That's all the people and offices back home.
Consult a Labor lawyer. Hopefuly American law ( of whats left for workers) still applies to these American companies. Good luck!

I ONLY SAID I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH YOU. THAT'S A PROMISE!Dear Lord, why do they let people in Ohio have access to the internet?
Misquote this:
And F all of you a holes.
I don't need to waste my money on this kind of crap. You are all working overseas so you don't have to pay taxes. You don't pay taxes, you can't say anything.
Except for POP all of you can only attack me. I don't expect any thing more from you people who can't even form intelligent thought.
Well F all of you.
Dear Lord, why do they let people in Ohio have access to the internet?
The same reason they let poeple from Iowa. Jester I know you have better things to do then go back and forth with me. Go fight your legal battles. They are lot more interesting.
